RESULTS

This project came in on par for what we planned. Although we encountered some schedule delays, our management approach allowed us to recover the lost time throughout the project. As you can see from the Balance Sheet below we came in under budget on this project but we also sold it less than expected.

Once we listed this property, it wasn't long before we had an offer. The appraisal was substantially low due to a lack of activity in the area for renovated homes. Thanks to our network of experince we were able to get the property sold for 30k more than the appraised value to a cash buyer.
