Although the rehab time may only be about 8 weeks, the process to resale the property can vary.

We are planning to minimize this risk by selling during peak season and capture the flood of buyers for the spring market. With a rehab time of 8 weeks we intend to have the rehab completed by the end of January and looking to have it sold by the end of March at the latest.

Even with this strategy in place as a safe bet we encourage our investors to plan for a 6-8 month terms.
